Our delicious Basil Olive Oil is made by adding fresh basil leaves to the olives at the time of the pressing, just as we do with our popular Citrus Oils. This method captures the bright essences, nutrients, and color of the basil and perfectly preserves it in the oil; it's summer in a bottle! Ideal with pasta, bruschetta, paired with either of our Balsamic vinegars as a dressing for a Caprese salad, or in any dish that calls for Basil. You won't be disappointed.
