One of our best selling spice blends, Dukkah is an Egyptian mix of nuts and spices, lightly toasted then coarsely ground together. Dukkah is traditionally used as an appetizer by dipping flat bread lightly into a small bowl of olive oil and then Dukkah. It is great added to roasted vegetables and salads, or seasoning hard boiled eggs. Use to bread lamb, beef, fish or chicken and then grill or pan fry. Top hummus or artichoke dip with olive oil and then dust with Dukkah, your guests will love it! Kids will also eat a wider variety of vegetable when sprinkled liberally with Dukkah!
