We produce our Garlic Oil by blending California garlic extract with late harvest olive oil for a buttery oil that possesses subtle levels of flavor and depth, without overpowering. Use it whenever actual garlic will burn – as when roasting or sautéing at higher heat. Works great in almost anything – it’s garlic!

Quick Uses:

  • Add a splash of Garlic Oil to Beef with Broccoli or any veggie stir-fry for a great hit of flavor.
  • Use our Garlic Oil to make easy and heavenly garlic bread or croutons.
  • Whip up a super quick and flavorful pasta with fresh or canned tomatoes, Garlic Oil, and fresh basil leaves. Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper and grated Parmesan. Or try it in Penne Primavera recipe online.
  • Drizzle Garlic Oil over steamed rapini or spinach, toss with toasted pine nuts and enjoy.
  • Cioppino, a classic and delectable SF seafood stew, is even better with our Garlic Oil.

    We visit your shop at the SF Ferry Building every Saturday morning. We used to buy 1-2 500ml bottles of yourbgaelic oil, and have falling deeply in love with it.

    Unfortunately, for a while now only the 225ml bottle is available, and if we arrive with empty 500ml bottles, we are told that you have no refill quantities.

    Why? Is it because you can sell less than half the quantity of garlic oil by selling your 225ml bottle for 80% of the price of your 500ml bottle at $20.00?

    Or has demand truly outstripped supply of the garlic oil?

    We have recently switched to a poor replica of our wonderful Stone house garlic oil by purchasing Trader Joe's extra virgin and cramming garlic cloves into the bottle, and while it is a distant replica, it is just not economical to buy the 225ml bottle.

    I'm sure you have plenty of customers who don't know how good a value the 500ml bottle was at $20.00, and maybe it is just that we legacy customers had a great run when your 500ml bottles were available, and that era is gone,

    But what a shame.
