This delicious, versatile Moroccan blend can be used to spice up just about any dish—eggs, popcorn, vegetables and, of course, the classic Harissa Chicken.

To make a quick Harissa Chicken, combine 1-3 tbsp Harrisa with a little bit of garlic and enough House Blend, Garlic, or any of our Citrus Oils to make a paste. Rub on chicken an hour before grilling or roasting. Try it on grilled asparagus, lamb, soups, couscous, kebabs, and stews, and for variety, add a little chopped fresh cilantro, basil, or parsley to the paste.  You can also turn this spice blend into a quick, fresh condiment with our Harissa Tapenade Recipe.

Contains California & New Mexico Chilis, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Cayenne and Citric Acid.
