These Chili Flakes are unique in that they are not complete dry, they still have a tender bit of chewiness, a very light heat, and a great flavor. They are great sprinkled on a wide variety of dishes--pasta, pizza, deviled eggs, guacamole, sandwiches, soups, veggies, meat, whenever your dish needs a bit of a kick, and they add a great splash of color as well. I've tossed out my old, flat, dry chili flakes and replaced them with these! Great paired with our Persian Lime & Basil oils--all 3 together are a great Asian-inspired flavor combo. |
