Like its namesake locale, this blend has it all: salty, sweet, and savory. A blend of ginger, black pepper, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, coriander, habanero, onion, garlic, and a dash of sea salt, it is an aromatic ode to Jamaican style barbecuing that adds rich flavor to many dishes.   Blended locally in small batches to ensure freshness, flavor, and consistency.  A great blend for chicken, on the grill, stovetop, or in the oven.

QUICK USES: 

  • Blend with House Blend, Garlic Oil, or Hot Chili, rub onto chicken, and cook your preferred way.
  • Sprinkle on sweet potatoes and bake.
  • Add to chili for extra depth
  • Blend with Blood Orange Oil, drizzle onto winter squash or sweet potatoes and bake.

Pairs well with: Chicken, beef, pork, fish, eggplant, corn-on-the-cob, sweet potatoes, winter squash, House Blend, Olio Santo, Garlic Oil, Habanero Oil
