This blend has it all with sweet, salty, and savory notes. A blend of ginger, black pepper, thyme, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, coriander, habanero, onion, garlic, and a dash of sea salt, it is an aromatic ode to Jamaican style barbecuing that adds rich flavor to any dish.  Add a familiar feeling of sweet autumn warmth, unexpectedly but perfectly complemented by a bold bite of garlic and peppers.  Unusual yet addictive, this flavor combination is shockingly versatile. Blended locally in small batches to ensure freshness, flavor, and consistency. 
 
QUICK USES: 
 
  • Blend with House Blend, Garlic Oil, or Hot Chili, rub onto chicken, and roast. 
  • Sprinkle on sweet potatoes and bake.
  • Add to chili for extra depth
  • Blend with Blood Orange Oil, drizzle onto winter squash or sweet potatoes and bake.
