Persian Lime Oil, 225 ml

We make our Persian Lime Oil by combining our estate grown Mission Oil base with an an infusion of citrus oil at the time of pressing. This method captures the full essence and color of the fruit, and imparts a richness of flavor that holds up even under light cooking.

USES: A must for Thai and Mexican cuisines, especially in Guacamole or drizzled over a fish taco.  Perfect for Pad Thai. Try in place of butter in mashed sweet potatoes. This oil works especially well with all types of fish and seafood. Great paired with our Korean Chili Flakes, Basil Oil, Harissa and Tandoori blends.
