Rosemary Olive Oil Cake

Rosemary Olive Oil Cake
Ingredients
• 3 ½ cups of flour.
• 3 TBSP baking powder
• 2 cups and 3 TBSP sugar
• zest of 4 lemons
• 6 eggs
• 2 ½ TBSP fresh chopped rosemary
• 2 TBSP lemon juice
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 ½ cup STONEHOUSE ROSEMARY OLIVE OIL
Instructions
• Combine all dry ingredients in a mixer, or mix with a wooden spoon.
• With mixer going at medium speed, or while slowly mixing by hand add lemon zest and juice, eggs and chopped rosemary.
• Slowly add butter and olive oil while constantly mixing.
• Once everything is thoroughly mixed transfer batter to a greased 9x9 baking pan.
• Bake at 350 for 50 minutes, or until a fork can pull cleanly from the center.
