Salish Alderwood Smoked Salt - Fine
Pacific sea salt cold smoked over red Alderwood; no artificial coloring or flavoring added. Salish imparts a delicious smoke flavor both on and off the grill. Works really well with sauted greens or classic collard greens--especially if you're making them sans bacon.
