STRAWBERRY SALAD

• 250 g strawberries, small dice
• 1 1/4 tsp mint, hache
• 1 1/14 tsp. Stonehouse Imported White Balsamic Vinegar

It is important to prepare this simple but delicious salad a la minute, or the vinegar will cause the strawberries to disintegrate.
