Select EVOO: Awarded a Gold Medal at this year’s New York International Olive Oil Competition, the largest and most prestigious EVOO competition in the world, which pretty much means this EVOO is one of the best in the world! Our 2024’s Select Oil is a single varietal, Taggiasca, which you may recall was one of our 2023 Olio Nuovos. We picked this crop a bit earlier than usual for this varietal, and were able to capture a mix of green and ripe fruit notes—a grassy bouquet combined with a creamy, sweet flavor that finishes with a peppery piquancy and just a touch of perfect bitterness. A very well balanced, hits-all-the-notes oil. Limited quantity.

Estate EVOO: Awarded a Silver Medal at this year’s New York International Olive Oil Competition, the largest and most prestigious EVOO competition in the world, which pretty much makes this EVOO one of the best in the world too! In keeping with our tradition of offering the best, mildest, richest oil from a single ranch as our Estate Oil, this year's Estate oil, Arbosana, comes from a very small 3 acre plot in Capay Valley, CA, we refer to as 'Mo's Ranch’. It boasts a bright, fresh-cut-grass aroma, followed by tasty buttery and ripe fruit notes, a mild, creamy finish, and a wonderfully luscious viscosity, with no bitterness. A smooth, delicious oil.

With a little more oomph than Olio Santo, our 2024 House Blend is a perfect combination of Taggiasca, Arbosana, Leccino, and Coratina, taking the best of those varietals and elevating them into something even better! We love our House Blend this year.
As always, our olive oils are first- and cold-pressed, and grown herbicide and pesticide free.
