Subscription FAQs:
1. How do I set up a subscription?
Simply shop for your favorite items as usual and select "Subscribe and Save 5%" instead of "One-Time Purchase" when adding the item to your cart. You will be asked to choose a monthly interval for how often you want to receive your subscription item, and for how long. You can add as many items as you like to your subscription. You may choose to pay as you go, or pre-pay for a certain amount of deliveries (which is great if you're giving a gift).
2. How often will I get my subscription?
You choose the monthly interval (anywhere from once a month to once a year). PLEASE CHOOSE THE SAME MONTHLY INTERVAL FOR ALL OF YOUR ITEMS to save on shipping resources and cost. You can have multiple subscriptions that ship at different intervals, but smaller orders are more likely to incur more shipping cost (see below for more on shipping).
3. Can I change the frequency or items in my subscription after the first one?
Yes, you can change any details or skip a shipment at any time - what items are included, the next ship date, the frequency of your shipments, your address, billing information, etc.
Log in to your Stonehouse Account by clicking the little person symbol in the top navigation bar (create one here in 1-2 minutes using the same email address as you did to create your subscription) and select "Manage Subscription".
We'll send an email the week before an upcoming shipment so you can make any needed adjustments or add anything else you want.
4. What items can I add to a subscription?
Currently, you can add most sizes of our olive oils, vinegar, and spices. Something you'd like to see added? Your feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
5. Can I add other one-off/non-subscription items into a shipment?
Yes, we will email you the week before your shipment and you can just reply and let us know if you'd like anything else added into the box as a one-time/non-recurring purchase. Save on shipping by getting everything you need at once! When you are first placing your order, you can add both subscription items and one-time purchases to your cart at the same time as well.
6. Will I be charged for shipping?
Our regular free shipping thresholds still apply for subscription shipments. Free shipping for orders $75+ to the west coast (CA, OR, WA, ID, UT, NV), and orders $100+ for the rest of the contiguous US. Real-time shipping rates calculated for all other orders.
