Our 2026 Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single varietal, 100% Arbosana olives, from our small 3-acre ranch in Capay Valley CA, affectionately known as "Mo's Ranch". As it's a very little farm, we get very limited quantities—and such a delicious, special oil!
The most buttery, and luscious-textured oil in our lineup, we get notes of green apple, green banana, and citrus on the nose, and the finish has a bit of piquant zing to let you know it's fresh and full of healthy polyphenol antioxidants.
Finish with a drizzle on greens, roasted root veggies, couscous, soups, hummus, avocado or for the simple pleasure of dipping fresh bread! Try it drizzled on a toast in the morning instead of butter, the warmth makes the aromas and flavors pop.
As always, our olives are grown herbicide and pesticide free, cold-pressed, and filtered, to prolong freshness (filtering has now proven to eliminate enzymes and particulate matter that degrades oil over time).
