Our 2024 Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a single varietal this year: Arbosana.
Our Arbosana this year turned out great, boasting a bright, fresh grass aroma followed by rich, buttery and fruity notes—the best of both worlds, grassy & buttery—with a mild, creamy finish and a wonderful viscosity. In keeping with our tradition of offering the best, mildest, richest oil from a single ranch as our Estate oil, this year's oil comes from a very small 3 acre plot of land in the Capay Valley we refer to as 'Mo's Ranch.'
This delicious oil is best for cold applications and finishing, for dipping fresh bread, making pesto, and dressing greens, vegetables, grains, and grilled meats. Try dressing up an app of burrata or riccotta cheese with a drizzle, and a sprinkle of our Napa Valley, North Beach, or Za'atar spice blend.
As always, our olive oils are all first- and cold-pressed, grown herbicide and pesticide free.
