This certified Organic Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, newly sourced from a neighboring farm in Capay Valley, CA, is from the most recent Oct 2023 - Jan 2024 harvest, and has a gorgeous rich green-gold color and is everything we hope for from the Arbequina varietal! It starts out grassy, sweet and creamy with a nice rich mouthfeel, no bitterness, and a mild piquancy on the finish.
This delicious oil is best as a stand-alone or finishing oil, for dipping fresh bread, making pesto, and dressing greens, vegetables, and grilled meats. Try using it to make our Everything Herb Sauce for a blow-your-socks-off condiment to your next meal.
As always, all of our olive oils are all first- and cold-pressed, with great attention to quality and flavor.
