In keeping with our tradition of offering the best, rich and mild oil from a single ranch as our Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our 2025/2026 offering comes from our own 8-acre 100% Leccino olive grove in Woodland, CA.
It boasts a super luscious and creamy texture, aromas of fresh hay, a mix of sweet ripe and green fruit, with slightly grassy and green banana flavors, and a smooth, full-bodied finish with just a hint of a piquancy to let you know its super fresh and high in polyphenols. As fresh and delicious as they come!
Enjoy it with fresh bread, on toast, over salads and veggies, drizzled over soft, mild cheeses, or our Cauliflower Soup, for a delicate and flavorful appetizer or lunch.
As always, our olives are grown herbicide and pesticide free, cold-pressed, and filtered, to prolong freshness (filtering has now proven to eliminate enzymes and particulate matter that degrades oil over time).
