Estate EVOO

$12.00

Awarded a Silver Medal at this year’s New York International Olive Oil Competition, the largest and most prestigious EVOO competition in the world—making this EVOO one of the best in the world too (our Select EVOO won gold this year)!

In keeping with our tradition of offering the best, mildest, richest oil from a single ranch as our Estate Oil, this year's Estate oil, Arbosana, comes from a very small 3 acre plot in Capay Valley, CA, we refer to as 'Mo's Ranch’. It boasts a bright, fresh-cut-grass aroma, followed by tasty buttery and ripe fruit notes, a mild, creamy finish, and a wonderfully luscious viscosity, with no bitterness. A smooth, delicious oil.

This delicious oil is best for cold applications and finishing, for dipping fresh bread, making pesto, and dressing greens, vegetables, grains, and grilled meats. Try dressing up an app of burrata or riccotta cheese with a drizzle, and a sprinkle of our Napa Valley, North Beach, or Za'atar spice blend.

As always, our olive oils are all first- and cold-pressed, grown herbicide and pesticide free.

Harvested: December 2023

Love this EVOO

I look forward to fresh tomato season so I can drizzle this awesome olive oil over them with some salt and pepper. You can tell the moment you open the bottle, you get this wonder fruity aroma that I don’t get from any other olive oil.

Very smooth and buttery

It's very smooth, buttery and slightly nutty, with a creamy finish. It has no bitterness at all and works great for dipping sourdough bread :)
