Our Organic Arbequina extra virgin olive oil from Colusa county has golden hay, green olive, and green tea notes, a nice kicky burn, and an ever-so-slight bitterness on the finish, to let you know it's super fresh and brimming with high levels of polyphenols.
This delicious oil is best as a stand-alone or finishing oil, for dipping fresh bread, making pesto, and dressing greens, vegetables, and grilled meats. Try using it to make our Everything Herb Sauce for a knock-your-socks-off condiment to your next meal.
As always, all of our olive oils are all first- and cold-pressed, with great attention to quality and flavor.
