Grilled Halloumi, Watermelon & Nectarine Salad w/Balsamic Glaze
A simple plated summer salad that makes a great app, side or light vegetarian main.
Simply arrange grilled Halloumi cheese (slice, brush with olive oil and grill or pan sear), watermelon, nectarine, cucumber, mint and/or cilantro on plate or platter, then finish with a little Basil EVOO, a generous drizzle of homemade Balsamic Glaze or La Resdora Aged Balsamic, and a light sprinkling of crunchy Maldon Sea Salt Flakes as the cherry on top!
To make it spicy, sub or add Habanero EVOO for or with the Basil!
