Our 2026 House Blend is a combination of Taggiasca, Leccino, and, for the 1st time ever, Picual! Yes, we've been won over by the wonderful aroma that Picual brings to a blend, especially when paired with our wonderful Tuscan "TJ" and Leccino olives. Bright, fruity, and with a bit more kick than our Olio Santo blend, as usual. We love the new House Blend and can't wait for you to try it, and let us know what you think!
House Blend is a balanced, fruity, medium-bodied olive oil suitable for all uses: sautés, vinaigrette, marinades, baking, roasting, as a finishing oil, or simply for dipping with fresh bread—an affordable, delicious, dependable workhorse in any kitchen, professional or home.
As always, our olives are grown herbicide and pesticide free, cold-pressed, and filtered, to prolong freshness, as filtering has now proven to eliminate enzymes and particulate matter that degrades oil over time.

375ml & 750ml bottles are sealed with a cork. We recommend using them with a colorful stainless steel pour spout (color code your bottles!) or chrome pour spout, for ease and economics of use.
