A savory and delectable combination of our Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dark Balsamic Vinegar, with a blend of oregano, parsley and chili flakes. Simply shake-and-pour!

Our new (starting summer '25) slightly tweaked recipe has no salt, so you can enjoy salt-free or add it to your liking. We love a sprinkle of Maldon Sea Salt Flakes for dipping with bread!

One of our bestselling items, this crowd-pleaser is great to have on hand for impromptu gatherings and dinners, especially around the holidays. Makes a great gift.

  • Dip with bread or vegetables
