New Formula! After 20+ years of sourcing our garlic oil from the same supplier they needed to up their minimum quantity beyond what we needed, so we were forced to source a new garlic oil concentrate, which is why we've been out of Garlic Oil for so long. But we did it! And the good news is, we like it better than the old Garlic Oil! Our new Garlic oil has a fresh, zesty garlic flavor, whereas our old version was more on the roasted side of the garlic spectrum. Still produced by the same method: by blending California garlic extract with late harvest olive oil, to create a buttery oil with a zesty, fresh garlic flavor and depth.
Use liberally for cooking, especially whenever actual garlic will burn – as when roasting or sautéing at higher heat. It works great with almost anything – it’s garlic!
As always, our oils are first- and cold-pressed, and grown herbicide and pesticide free.

- Make easy and heavenly garlic bread or croutons: Just drizzle, season with salt or Aglio Olio, and bake until your bread is toasty!
- Whip up a super quick and flavorful pasta with fresh or canned tomatoes, Garlic EVOO, and fresh basil leaves. Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and grated Parmesan.
- Drizzle over steamed rapini, kale, spinach, or your favorite green, toss with toasted pine nuts and enjoy as a simple, clean, healthy side.
- Drizzle over Stovetop Popcorn with Harissa or chili powder.
