Little Apple Treats' original apple cider vinegar is made from fresh-pressed apple cider using their own certified organic apples grown in Sebastopol, CA.
It's made just steps away from the orchard, pressed in small batches and aged in oak barrels for 2 years before bottling. A true labor of love, this vinegar is a live product packed with probiotics, and contains the live vinegar mother. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, they use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can really taste the difference - and it's a Winner of the 2019 Good Food Awards!
Ingredients: 100% organic apples (including Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein and Golden Delicious)
Flavor: It's bright, balanced and has a beautiful apple-y vanilla aroma. It tastes mellow, smooth and fruity, with a clean apple finish. A world above the rest!
How to use it: We love this vinegar in salads, marinades, braises, sautes, or mixed with water or seltzer as a health tonic.

Packed in a 375ml glass bottle and sealed with a cork—like a bottle of wine! For easier pouring we recommend getting this with one of our reusable plastic pour spouts.
Tasty; excellent and salads. I was surprised by the corkage, but all good…
Lovely vinegar, much tastier than any from the grocery store. You can actually taste of bit of sweet apple in the midst of the tangy vinegar. Absolutely wonderful! I am having some straight from the bottle but so far I also love it on my salads with micro greens, feta, and blueberries.
I knew if Stonehouse was selling an apple cider vinegar it was going to be good. Turns out it is great. I have been using it in salad dressings and the flavor is amazing. I have also had it straight out of the bottle and love it. It is so different than the grocery store vinegar which can be unpleasantly sharp and oddly cloudy. I have tried Bragg’s and other brands but nothing comes close to this. I will branch out and start using it in marinades, dips, etc. A wonderful product, highly recommended.
