Olio Santo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a medium-bodied, creamy and nutty extra virgin olive oil. It is made with 100% Arbequina olives from California. Fabulous for everything: cooking, drizzling, dipping and more. As always, our olive oils are first- and cold-pressed, and grown herbicide and pesticide free.

Love it!

Terrific, full-bodied flavor! I have not purchased an oil yet from Stonehouse that I haven't loved! (I have just about all of them)!

Love love love this olive oil

This is a standard gift I give to family and friends! I use it for dishes when I really wanna taste the quality of a great olive oil! So, salads, sliced tomatoes, marinades, bread dips and everything else you want to impress your guests with!

Won’t use anything else!

I went to a Williams-Sonoma olive oil demo class years ago - when I tasted the Olio Santo sample, I knew I had found my go-to EVOO for life. I use it for everything - it’s mild but adds great flavor when roasting, frying, and sautéing, as well as in salad dressing/marinade and baking recipes, Stonehouse makes it so easy to stay stocked, and I share it with friends and relatives all the time. The best company for the best EVOO!

It works with everything

This year I have started doing everything with EVOO because of the health benefits and it can be use in anything. Once you learn that frying happens much faster, it is easy to cook with. I even use it with baking even experimenting with the flavored EVOO to add a different taste to my cookies and muffins. My family could not even tell the difference in the ginger bread cookies that I have been making for years. It makes a crumble crust for cobbler and pie very easy, just add EVOO to the dry ingredients.


Bought this for my sister-in-law for her birthday. She loves great EVOO and loves to cook. I knew this would be a huge treat for her. She loves Ina, so her recommendation of this brand was also a factor.
