bottle leak

I purchased the panty pack as a gift, and the vinegar leaked out entirely. Stonehouse sort of took responsibility and refunded the cost of the vinegar; I would have expected them to send a replacement, as it was a gift...or not charge me for the entire shipment. Not great customer relations, in my opinion. Product is great, which is why I routinely send oils etc as gifts. Hopefully the company will take this as constructive criticism.

We offered to replace the bottle when the recipient of the gift reached out when they noticed the leaking vinegar. Due to the cold weather and anticipating the same result they had opted to just have us refund you the difference for the vinegar. Very sorry you are disappointed with this result. This was purchased as a gift and is a great gift for those who like to cook.

One bottle leaked and was about 2/3 full and luckily did not damage any other products. I emailed customer service and the next day a replacement item was on the way! Great customer service.( item is set to arrive today, in plenty of time for gift giving)
