Why not Truffle oil? Sourcing authentic truffle oil concentrate to infuse our olive oil became increasingly difficult over the years—much of the truffle concentrate on the market is made in a lab, rather than from real truffles—so we switched to offering Black Truffle Salt, which, in addition to being made with real deal dried black truffles, also keeps much, much longer than truffle oil, and is far easier to use.

Great taste, perfect balance of salt to truffle.
I'm sure that there are many wonderful ways to use the black truffle sea salt, but I have only used it on buttered pasta -- and it's sublimely delicious! So simple - the perfect side dish with any meat. It's just important not to over salt. I resolve: 2021 will be the year to branch out my usage of this excellent sea salt.
It's such a magical ingredient! There are many delicious suggestions above or on our recipe page, but if nothing else, be sure to try it in scrambled eggs and on popcorn!
