It's finally back! Our White Balsamic Vinegar is a modern twist on the traditional balsamic, aged only 1 year and cooked under pressure in order to retain its clear color and lighter, brighter flavor than a dark balsamic.

Our White Balsamic is exceptional paired with our citrus and herb olive oils for making vinaigrette, and is fantastic for brightening sauces, pickling vegetables, and adding both acidity and sweetness to a marinade.
