If you don't have kale, try spinach, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms - whatever you have on hand, or grow in your own backyard. Avocado, salsa verde, lemon, salt, cilantro, Lisbon Lemon Oil and Garlic Oil are all tasty toppings for the patties. Experiment!
